General pest control Solutions
Adaptive Environmental Pest Solutions (AEPS) provides solutions for all general pests. We provide as-needed-services, monthly, every-other-month & Quarterly Services. We currently are not requiring annual contracts, however we are offering the option as it can make services more economical over the course of a year.
All Initial Services will have an upfront cost and all subsequent services will be considered maintenance. Monitoring devices will be placed in key locations for AEPS to observe pest populations over time. Certain pest are not covered under General Pest Control Services.
Arachnid Control Solutions
Arachnids include Spiders, Scorpions, Mites & Ticks. They all pose unique challenges to properly control and can be dangerous for people and pets. Solution services must be created for each unique situation. Contact AEPS for additional information and pricing.
Rodent control solutions
Rodents (mice, rats, squirrels, gophers, et cetera) all require specific control solutions. They require different types of food, water and shelter. AEPS prefers to perform repairs to the structure to keep them outside. Then we use snap-trapping tactics to keep local wildlife safe from the hazards posed by Rodenticides. Treatment of the nest with pesticides will be required for any nests than can be located and treated. This is to eradicate public health pests that reside in rodent dens (fleas, ticks, kissing bugs, et cetera). Nest removal will also be required for any warranty.
