Q. Do you have options for chemically sensitive people and locations?

A. In large part, that is why AEPS was founded. We have been operating in the pest control industry for many years. With everything we have seen and the direction the industry is headed, it only makes sense to provide options. Traditional pest control companies tend to take a rubber-stamp method to pest control. This does not work over time. Pest become resistant to chemicals and our control methods. Being mindful and dynamic of your control measures is the only way to stay ahead of the pests.

Q. Do you have weed control solutions?

A. Weed Control, as a full on service is coming. As of right now, we are providing some levels of weed control solutions to clients that request it. Post-Emergent control will be what we can do early on.

Q. What are your termite warranties like?

A. Termite warranties are usually 1-2 years of coverage with the initial treatment. Then an option to renew annually will be available to the client for a fix dollar amount over the life of the treatment. Warranty covers re-infestations of the target insect, in all treated areas. Damage new or old is not covered.

Q. Does Integrated Pest Management or IPM work?

A. If a homeowner/business owner takes all of our suggestions for correcting issues around the property, YES. IPM only works when the Pest Company and property owner are working together to solve all the problems.
